[humanser] HIPAA Compliant File Box

Good morning, Marion,

         I know not of what I speak really except that I hope for a 
future in social work myself. Under the circumstances, can you not 
just transport files in a confidential place, and be careful not to 
let them out of your sight?
However, I realize there is probably some red tape that prevents this .
