[humanser] Screen Access Software and Licensing Exam

Merry,

I just read your narrative. I'm very sad that this happened to you. I hope
you get everyting you're asking for and can take the exam under better
circumstances. I just learned that the NCLB will be held again on April 5,
2014. I plan to take it again and I hope it goes better. I also hope your
second attempt to pass your licensing exam goes better, too. I don't know
what I can do to help but, if there is anything, let me know.

One thing, I don't understand why you have to wait to have your answers
recorded. If someone is there recording the answers, why can't he or she do
it then? Nobody else taking the exam has to wait to see their answers
recorded. Why should you have to wait?

Regards,

Denise
