[humanser] Record or Skype? Re: Conference calls scheduled

Recently I was in a guide dog conference call that was recorded and then 
needed to be transcribed.  I didn't get an answer as to why it needed to be 
written, but I volunteered to do one half hour.  What work!  It got done 
prior to the NFB convention, which was one of my goals to achieve.
