Below you will find the schedule of the exhibit hall and the open slots for
volunteers to sign up!  Please let me know by emailing me or calling me at
813 625 1850 or you may reach me at the Rosen Plaza Room 1411.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

 

Tuesday, July 2            Registration Day

 

.  11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall open

11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Marion Gwizdala

 

Wednesday, July 3        Board Meeting and Division Day

 

.  8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall open

*Since the massage therapist will be at our meeting doing massages the
coverage that we need for this day is from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

 

Thursday, July 4           Opening Session

 

.  12:00 p.m.-1:45 p.m. Exhibit Hall open - 

 

.  7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall open

 

 

 

Friday, July 5               Business Session

 

.  12:00 p.m.-1:45 p.m. Exhibit Hall open
