[humanser] Drivers license requirement

Back when I had to find an internship position I too had the same concerns 
with Drivers license and technology issues. What I ended up doing is 
volunteering at a non-profit agency helping individuals with disabilities. 
It was pretty good because I was able to work a 40 hr week since there 
weren't any others interning doing counseling/social work. These non-profits 
are usually always in need of more workers, and since they work with people 
with disabilities they are more sensitive to our needs.
