You bring up good questions.  If you are doing a radio program where someone 
is interviewing you  perhaps if listeners are interested they could call the 
station for more details.  I don't know much about internet radio, but in 
regular radio the station has a business line someone could call. I"d think 
that would be safer. I can truly see how putting your name and other 
sensitive info out there could be dangerous.  I wonder if blind workers in 
urban settings in the us have faced these same questions?  You gotta go 
where the help is greatest and the rent is affordable to set up your 
practice sometimes to do the most good. I don't know if we have any blind 
folks whove done that. I would feel very vulnerable.  It's different having 
a business there compared to volunteering at an established and trusted 
program or church.
