Thank you Serena.  I see my impairment as an asset, not  something I'm 
embarassed about.  It all depends on the person who's interviewing and  what 
typeof job you are looking for.  We have to keep in mind on this serve that 
not allof us are totals and not all of us have the same experiences as you 
do.  I have  had more good experiences than bad in interviews but sill not 
many job offers in my lifetime.
