Om, no! Why? Equal treatment says that if you pay to join any other
organization, then you pay to join ours.  We're volunteer and non-profit;
where else would the money come from. It is a fairly cheap fee; much more
so than any other organization I've encounterd.

Justin.

My first thought is "where else would money come from"? Not to mention all
the assistance, guidance, and advocacy that comes from the NFB for free.
Who will pay for simple things like roomspace, administrative stuff like
stamps,receipt books, , and small things the Chapter needs?

Michelle

Dear Members,

What benefits will I receive by paying to join the federation? I think blind
people should be able to join the federation without having to pay for it.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.
