[humanser] Accessibility of uber and lyft app

Two Questions:
1. Do you have a preference of a ride share's company based on the apps 
accessibility  and features?
2. What I phone are you using and does it have the latest update since these 
two factors I am told can affect access when using VO? Thank you.
