Hi Brianna,
I think the most important thing to do is first find out what exactly it is
that you want to do. Do you want to conduct actual psychotherapy or do you
want to work with these populations providing social services such as case
management and referrals'. At least here in Texas you are not able to
provide psycho therapy unless you have your LCSW. Whatever your decision is
has different steps to take.
