Dear Michael and listers,


Does Therapy Notes allow for the clinician to fill out assessments? Are 
the assessments built into it, or must they be done in some other way? 
Are you able to submit all your records electronically, or do you have 
to fill out some documents in Word and then have someone transcribe them 
for you?


Have any of you needed to create big workarounds in order for you to 
perform your duties? If so, please tell me about them.
