[humanser] Requesting suggestions for dealing with problematic website

Hello,

I have the opportunity to apply to work at a crisis center. This program is managed by a very large mental health foundation. Applicants are required to apply through a third-party website called I recruiter. Immediately I noticed there are many unlabeled buttons and of course the elusive Capshaw symbols that one needs to enter; no audio captur link.

The "" reasonable accommodation for individuals who need assistance filling out applications is to contact the human resources recruiter. I don't want to out myself is a blind individual. I really want an interview moreover I want this job. Your advice is requested.
