[humanser] Providing EMDR as a therapeutic modality

Hi,

I have the opportunity  to take a low-cost EMDR training to thenbecome certified to provide this therapeutic modality to clients. Are there any blind therapists out there who are currently providing this?  I have heard that it is important to be able to see a client's face to know how to moderate the process of EMDR which itself is nonverbal.  I know I can ask clients what is coming up for them and to describe images, but I also don't want to take away from the process. I know tappers or buzzers can be used, but I still have the same visual concerns. I'm interested in experiences of others providing this modality.
