[humanser] Ensurance job requirements

Thanks Justin. I did some research on the position I'm currently
going for, and it's a bit different in how it is set up. I would be
eligible for para-transit in the town the position is located in, and
they do have uber so I'd be covered under Uber's ensurance while in
their vehicles. There is a question about providing proof of
ensurance on the application, but I'm planning to just casually give
the employer a heads up as to why I will say I can't provide proof of
car ensurance on the application. We have an informational interview
set up this week, which she wanted to set up before I could even ask
for one.
