[humanser] reading PDF

Hi list, I am using Adobe reader DC to read PDF documents. I know its either
control page up or page down or just the page up and page down commands
without control to advance or go to previous page. However, it takes forever
for the document to navigate to either the previous or next page. I'm
thinking there is some setting that needs to be chaged to fix this problem
any suggestions.  Thanks in advance.
