The new *Baker Center for Children and Families *is hiring! We have current openings to provide telehealth services to children and families through our Center for Effective Child Therapy. These positions will transition to our new state-of-the-art mental health clinic in Waltham, MA. when it opens. We are looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCs) to provide evidence-based behavioral health treatment to children, teens, and young adults ages 2-22. These exciting positions provide the opportunity to join a team of professionals who are helping expand high-quality, evidence-based outpatient services for children and adolescents in the greater Boston area. The ideal candidate will have training in and experience delivering evidence-based treatments to youth. As we grow, opportunities to supervise trainees may become available. The LICSW or LMHC will report to the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services. We will provide in-house certification in parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) and the modular approach to therapy for children (MATCH). Positions are fee-for-service with options for part-time and full-time work. Half-time and above are benefits-eligible.
