[HumanSer] Membership and division meeting registration

Hey Traci,


It is still the place for you, but honestly I find that sometimes the 
leaders of this group communicate and other times they don't. I have 
asked questions in the past on this list that someone or more than one 
should know the answers too, but get no response.
