During Washington seminar Illinois rated 1 republican Congressman as being a 
4.
Representative Judy Biggert

Last week Helen Steven's from our national office emailed and left a 
voicemail for Brian Looser, whom we met with personally.  She received no 
response.  It would be helpful if members from Illinois could contact the 
Congresswoman's office so that they are reminded of how important this issue 
is.
