January 10, 2015 will be a very busy day for the National Federation of the
Blind of Illinois Chicago Chapter.  We will begin with a board meeting
scheduled for 11:30 A.M.  The chapter meeting will begin at 1:00 P.M. with
our annual Games Night fundraiser to follow.

 

The location for all of this activity will be the Exchequer Pub and
Restaurant, 226 South Wabash, Chicago.  

 

A Word about games Night

 

Games night is a time when many of us come together to socialize, relax,
play games, eat, drink and be merry, and finally, raise funds for the
Chicago Chapter.  The cost for this event is $25 per person.  Your $25
contribution will entitle you to pizza, sallad, soda and the satisfaction
which accompanies raising funds for the Chicago Chapter.  If you have yet to
declare your participation in Games Night, you must notify David Meyer, no
later than Wednesday, January 7.  The reason for this is that a count must
be turned into Exchequer so that they might know how to plan for us.  You
may reserve a spot by calling 7 0 8-6 0 6-7 0 9 1 or by emailing
datemeyer at sbcglobal.net.
