Hello Everyone,

As it turns out, my understanding of when a bill becomes law was incorrect.
Our Parental Rights bill hb2626 was presented to the Governor on June 16. If
he does nothing, the bill will become law 60 days after it is presented to
him. That would make it approximately August 15 that hb2626 will become law
unless the Governor vitos it.

 

I regret my error in understanding this provision.
