Hello All:

For those of you who might be interested, the Illinois Board of Elections is
having a meeting tomorrow. The topic of electronic ballot delivery and
electronic ballot return will likely come up. However, Ray and I were told
the meeting would start at 10 but it looks like it will start at 9 AM.

Although we cannot give comment at this point, we might want to tune in. The
