Thanks Kelly.
Robert, I understand that it did not pass. That's not the point.  The verbal 
version should have been exactly the same as the print version.  If it's 
not, what's the point?  It defeats the purpose of independent voting.  I 
don't want someone's interpretation of what they think a question is.  I 
want the real thing verbatim.
