Good Morning,

     I just received word that Congressman Davis is going to sign on to
HR 5734, when the Congress returns for the lame duck session.  Also,
Congressman Hare's office requested a copy of the Dear Colleague letter
from Congressman Towns's office yesterday.  The staff member working on
this issue for Congressman Hare is Michael Ramos, if we can follow up
with him, we should be able to add Congressman Hare as well.  Thank you
