Greetings, Federationists,

I received a call from Congressman Don Manzullo's office this afternoon and given to understand that the Congressman has signed on on H.R 734. Illinois now has eight cosponsors thus far. Two more reps are seriously reviewing this bill, and I anticipate a positive response from them once they return back to Washington after the upcoming recess.
