[il-talk] Fw: braille article

Our connection to the internet was either up and down, or completely 
out for several days, so a bunch of mail didn't get through.  It is 
now going out, and the date stamp is now not when you wrote 
it.  There is nothing creepy going on, just technical difficulties.
