Financial assistance is available to the National Federation of the Blind of 
Illinois state convention on 10/9 - 10/11.

This is a reminder that Chappell applications for state convention financial 
assistance are due by 9/1.  I will send out an e-mail today to those few who 
have already submitted.  If you haven't done so or don;t get an e-mail today 
please send me your application.

The form is under James Chappell ... on our www.nfbofillinois.org webpage.

This is going to be an awesome convention so let's have lots of folks attend 
it.
