Hello all,

The next meeting for the pr committee will be august 10, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

We will be e-mailing or faxing or snail mailing if we must, the information
about the State convention, Senior fair, and freedom link. We Then will
call to  followup with these contacts to urge them to get out the word about
our affiliates upcoming activities. 

After contacting agencies and schools, we will contact the press in the
middle of September.
