I can't say for sure, but if the hierarchy of employment at ICRE Wood is now
what it was in the 1980's, I'm guessing that Darek Phillips is still there
as the superintendent and that Brenda Alexander as program director would be
supervised by him.

Here's hoping that this change strengthens the program at ICRI-Wood,
resulting in an adjustment-to-blindness and rehabilitation training that
sets high expectations of participants and evvectively equips them through
training in the use of effective alternatives such as Braille and
independent travel.  The NFBI will continue keeping watch and offering
constructive criticism where appropriate.
