The new issue of Future Reflections is now posted on the NFB website.  This 
is a special issue on blind children with additional disabilities.  Illinois 
is represented with articles by Michelle Hess (mother of FreedomLink alum 
Rachel Hess) and  former Illinois TVI Srikala Naraian, as well as a book
