[il-talk] Public posting vs Private E-mail

I have noticed, as of late, that when someone posts and someone else feels
there is a mistake in the post; the other person points this out very
publicly on the list.  I have always been told and have heard it is
something that is learned at seminar; if you feel someone has made an error,
you tell them privately.  The other person will appreciate it and respect
you for it.  

I would like to request that in the future, that if you feel that someone
has made a mistake that you point it to them in a private e-mail rather than
publicly on the list.
