Hi,
 
I just signed up for the Mailing List a little while ago, but I am wondering if I signed up for the right thing.  My mother is blind, and so I was trying to find our resources/events around our area that maybe she could attend to socialize with other people.  Is this mailing list how I would find out about such things, or do you have some other resource that would help?
