It was from the Il. Talking books.  I did reach them, and they said they 
would send a note to Utah asking them to send another one, and that I would 
be sending the empty case back.  I do hope that maybe it was a mistake, and 
they didn't have a book in there, or if it was taken that it somehow gets 
returned to them.

did you order this from the Illinois Talking Book and Braile Service
or one of its contractors?  If not, where did you order from?  Your
