Here is what we are serving at our 2012 state convention.  Of course there is a Kosher option in addition to those listed below:
Please participate in our meals.  The programming is great and we have contract obligations to meet.  







Day 1 Friday October 5, 2012

Scholarship Dinner (5-7pm) Invitation only for this dinner. -Prime Rib of Beef 

Chef’s Choice of salad with 2 dressing options
Prime Rib of beef (Plate comes with chef’s choice vegetable and potato)
Chef’s Choice of dessert
Baked Dinner rolls on table, Coffee, Decaf, and water service on tables
Alternative options- 6 veggie, 1 gluten free, 1 kosher
Vegetarian Option: Vegetarian Quesadilla

Black beans, Corn, Cheese, lettuce and tomato wrapped in a quesadilla shell with Salsa and guacamole on the side

	Gluten-free- Prime Rib served with chef’s choice vegetable and wild rice (chef’s dessert option)



During IABS IDOL

Light Snacks (7:30-11pm)- Assorted bags of chips and popcorn (1.95per person)

Cash Bar (7-12pm)- Standards Liquor, Domestic Beer, Imported Beer, Wine, and Sodas



Day 2 Saturday October 6, 2012

Parent’s Breakfast (7-8:30Pm)- Scrambled Egg Plate 

Scrambled Eggs with Hickory smoked bacon and country potatoes
Assorted Juices on side
Alternative Options- Veggie, gluten free, Kosher
Vegetarian option- Spinach, cheese and broccoli omelet served with country potatoes

Gluten free- same as vegetarian option

Parent’s Lunch And Student’s Lunch ( 12:30-1:30PM)- Assorted Boxed Lunches

Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, and vegetarian options (served on croissant bun)
Bag of Chips
Piece of Whole Fruit
Bottled Water
Vegetarian option- The Concorde- Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Red onion, roasted red and yellow peppers with pesto and mayo.

Gluten Free- Rice Pasta with red sauce served and mixed vegetable

Kid’s Camp- (12:00-1:30PM)- Chicken Strips and Fries (5 adult meals served as well)

Crispy Chicken Strips
French Fries Served on side
Fruit Cup
Dinner/ Key Note Speaker (7pm-10pm)- Chicken Roulade($

Chef’s Choice of salad with 2 dressing options
Plated Chicken Roulade stuffed with cranberry sage stuffing, vermouth gravy with wild rice
Chef’s choice of dessert
Baked Dinner rolls on table, Coffee, Decaf, and water service on tables
Alternative options- 6 veggie, 1 gluten free, 2 kosher
Vegetarian- Pasta with marinara sauce and mixed vegetable. Served with side of potato. Salad and chef’s dessert choice remains the same.

Gluten free- Grilled Chicken breast served with mixed vegetable and chef’s choice of potato. Chef’s choice of gluten free dessert.



Day 3 Sunday October 7, 2012 

Student’s breakfast (7:00am-8:30Am)-Quiche Lorraine Breakfast

Flaky Pie Crust, sweet onions, and Swiss cheese in a Creamy Egg Custard
Served with assorted chilled juices
Breakfast the same for vegetarian and gluten-free choices
