[il-talk] JPEG files

I found the OCR in JAWS to be of much lesser quality than what I am
able to obtain in OpenBook 6, which was released in 2001.  I ran the
same PDF file of a text image through both programs and the OB result
was highly readable while the JAWS rendering was terrible.  Realize
this is comparing the latest 2013 version of JAWS to a 12 year old
program.
