Subject: Twilight 5k Run Walk Roll!

Hi! I hope I find you doing well!

You may or may not know that the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Assocaiation is hosting our 6th Annual GLASA Twilight 5K Run/Walk/Roll in and Post Race Party in Lake Forest on September 7! We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place race divisions for runners, walkers, manual wheelchairs, racing chairs, hand cycles, ambulatory, amputee blind and visually impaired in different age categories and male/female categories. We offer guide runners if needed, so please let us know!! It's a great time afterwards with awesome food to purchase at great prices, live band, microbrew, wine, Sprecher root beer, and other beverages to purchase.

It's a great opportunity for all GLASA athletes and coaches to get together and for new athletes to meet people from Team GLASA! Please invite all of your friends, family, and anyone else you can think of! It would be great to see you before the fall programs begin!!

Also, there is a TEAM category this year! So if you have a group of 5 or more people who want to race together, you can register individually then sign up as a team!

Go to http://www.glasa.org/twilight/ to sign up!! First 400 entrants will receive a Dri-Fit t-shirt.

Please let me know if you have any questions! See the attached flyer for more information!
