[il-talk] how to obtain funding for national convention?

Hi Glenn,
Thanks for the response, but I don't think I might qualify for gernic
since I went before on Generic scholarship before. I am not even sure
who is the person in the state or chapter president I need to contact?
My brother suggested that in indiana there is a disability counsel who
pays for some funding, is there something like that here?
