Dear Colleague:



The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued final regulations 
pertaining to the Schedule 'A' appointment of persons with intellectual 
disabilities, severe physical disabilities, and psychiatric disabilities. 
The regulation removes an unnecessary burden for these individuals when 
applying for Federal jobs and modernizes the terminology used to describe 
people with disabilities.
