Sorry.  I was unaware that a small dog can be a service dog.  I guess before 
I lost my sight, I always saw a service dog being a Retriever or Lab, which 
are big dogs.  Like you said no matter the size of the dog, as long as it 
can do it's job.  That's the main thing.  Again, I'm sorry!    Sincerely,

how big do you think my service dog is?
40? 50? 60 pounds? no, he's 20.
He's a tarrier mix.  Size doesn't matter.
What matters is that he does his job and does it well, and that he is well
behaved in public.
In the hands of a good and humane trainer, any dog no matter what size it is
will do well.
