You are right about the free 411. I am not sure if other cariers have free 
411. I know that at&t has given people a difficult time about free 411 
service. I also know that some people have had success with 800free411. I 
hate it.

Also, and again I'm partial to Verizon because I worked for them for three 
years, they have the best customer service out there. I use to hear several 
people complain about other providors and the way they mistreated the 
customers especially Sprint. My best suggestion is stick with Verizon. Yes 
they are more expensive them most providers, but you get quality with 
Verizon. T Mobile is a smaller company and I don't believe the coverage is 
as good.

I am with Verizon.  I am planning on upgrading to a smartphone in the next 
few weeks.  One thing I like with Verizon is that I get free 411  when I 
need telephone numbers and not by internet access.
