Sean, I personally have not had much trouble at all, but private carriers do
not use it and companies outside of Chicago do not; it is a city of Chicago
program. I am sorry you are having problems and would suggest you contact
PACE as I believe they monitor the program.

I often use the PACE Taxi Access Program card for taxi service, but so often
I am told by the driver that either the machine is not working or they do
not take the card. 
 
Do any of you have similar or any other difficulties when using the TAP
card?
