If you contact 311 a ticket is issued.  It is those tickets that are often reported to PACE.

Afternoon All.

I often use the PACE Taxi Access Program card for taxi service, but so often
I am told by the driver that either the machine is not working or they do
not take the card. 

Do any of you have similar or any other difficulties when using the TAP
card?
