[il-talk] Octoberfest date?

Hi Patti,

I believe doing Octoberfest after the Chapter Meting will make for a 
longer day than many with family obligations will be able to take on. It 
also complicates things for those of us who would bring food that needs 
refrigeration. People may need to go home for it, and then to Octoberfest.
