[il-talk] Octoberfest date?

I have to say I agree with Bill on this one. I don't think having the NFB meeting and Octoberfest on the same day would work for a lot of people. I've been considering maybe joining in this myself, and for me, it would be a long day of travel if I went to an NFB meeting prior to this, not to mention the expenses incurred in just one day of traveling.  The weekend after the chapter meeting would be a better option.
