It is time for the meeting of the quarterly Guide Dog group at Blind Service Association. We will be meeting Tuesday, November 11, from 5:30pm to 7pm. Everyone is welcome regar   dless of what school your dog is from, or if you’re just in the “considering a dog guide stage”..smile.

You’ve heard of a Diamond in the “ruff,” but how about a “Jewell in the City”.…that’s Doctor Leonard Jewell of Jewell Animal Hospital in Lincoln Square.

This month, I am very excited to have Doctor Jewell join us. Dr. Jewell will be speaking with us about his new program, FourSight.  FourSight offers complimentary veterinary services to all service dogs for the blind. Complimentary services include, but are not limited to, vaccines, medications, exams, diagnostics, and surgery. Dr. Jewell is able to speak on almost any veterinary topic of interest and is open to questions.
