Hello Everyone,

 

The Chicago Chapter Dick's Last Resort fundraiser has an on-line form which
you can use to submit a payment.  If you choose to pay on-line, a form must
be filled out for each individual.  It is under the link, "A night of the
Ages at Dick's last Resort."  If paying on-line, please make your payment
before February 27.  If you wish to pay at the Chicago Chapter meeting, you
may make your payment at that time by check.  Cost is $50 per person.  All
checks must be made to the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois.

 

So, come one and all, and make this a not-to-be-forgotten extravaganza.

 

If this year is as good as last year, I guarantee that a good time will be
had by all.
