That's the same as the State Board meeding.
if you want to check the calendar, it's included in my signature.
the best bet is to choose a time when no other meetings are, but in rare
cases when that's not possible, you can use the same conference line but a
different access code as another meeting (If I have to do that, I try to
pick a time when only a smaller meeting like for a committee who has no
members that are the same people as my meeting are doing theirs, even
still, I prefer not though, because meetings tend to be open, so i want
anyone to have the chance to participate in any meeting they would like to.
