Access Living Friends and Allies:

The City of Chicago's Department of Transportation (CDOT) is gathering
information on residents' concerns and recommendations for improving the
City's sidewalks. CDOT's message (including how to access the survey) is
below:

"This is your last week to complete the CDOT survey on what people
appreciate about their streets and sidewalks and what improvements they
would like to see. The survey is designed to help CDOT create guidelines for
future improvements in the public right of way. The survey closes March 9th.

Don't delay!

This is an excellent opportunity for CDOT to hear the disability community
on useable sidewalks for all. We can push for the City to complete its
project to put curb ramps at all intersections and alley crossings and
provide safe, well-maintained sidewalks accessible to all! Remember to
complete the survey by Monday the 9th and make your voice heard!
