BARD Is Down

The BARD service continues to experience technical difficulties. Due to system outages at the data center maintained by the Library of Congress, BARD is offline. The status as of 9:00 am EDT 9/8/2015 is that the Library of Congress is working to resolve the problems as expeditiously as possible. We will keep you posted with new information as we receive it.
