Member Compliance Requirements
All members are required, prior to the start of membership, to complete and submit the Conflict of Interest Certification and Ethics Act Certification forms listed in the table below. Members must complete these forms for each committee, board or subcommittee on which they serve. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in dismissal. A member not in compliance will be allowed to rejoin as a full member by immediately presenting all required documents substantiating compliance if a replacement to that committee, board or subcommittee has not been appointed. The Open Meetings Act (OMA) electronic training should be completed online prior to the to the first committee meeting. At the latest, the OMA training must be completed within 90 days of appointment.
