If you need special meals for state convention, you need to let me know by the end of this week.  Please email pattischang at gmail.com <mailto:pattischang at gmail.com>. We offer:
lactose free
gluten free
vegetarian 
kosher

Please do not elect Kosher as a personal preference.  Those are expensive  so we want kosher meals for those who need kosher.  
If you send a preference you must tell me what the preference is and which meals you will need it to apply to.
